Recently had my vehicle serviced again at Orleans Kia. Trustworthy. Friendly. Quick. Plus accurate estimates. Definitely would recommend (and will continue to use) for servicing. They even diagnosed and corrected an issue that someone else had incorrectly installed, and contacted that garage to inform them, gave me paperwork and that helped me get reimbursed for both! PS you can book appointment easily online. A++ Great group of professionals in the Service dept.

I bought my first car from Orléans Kia. The whole experience was smooth and well informed.Ahmed threw me a great deal for my Forte GT with winter tires as well! The staff was friendly and answered all the questions about the car as well as any doubts I had. I highly recommend Ahmed and the team at Orléans Kia if you plan on making a purchase

Terrible manipulative bunch, I bought a first car and was mislead, they straight out avoided correcting me to understand things better. they say we changed staff and it's better now, but I've been in and that's not the case. I went in last week to purchase a new vehicle. They gave me a an offer on the trade into my vehicle, I then pulled out an email showing that I would get $1500 above my offer, They said I was supposed to show that first and then suggested they knew of the offer and was already given , I said well. Let me know when you call me back tomorrow with the case is .They haven't called me back. They'd rather not sell me the car and honor the deal that brought me into the place of business. They'd rather sell it to someone else for more. Yet not even give the courtesy of being straight or honest, they just choose not to call you back. I thought I'd get better treatment going in after the first time I was treated badly. I thought I'd give them the opportunity to leave me with a positive experience with their business and they knew all of this as well and they still chose to burn the bridge further by simply not even showing respect and courtesy that's shown in every other common business by calling me when you said you were. The cautionary tale I will tell others about doing business with them will cost them more money than honoring the $1,500 email they sent me. But that goes to show the extent of the problem and the mentality of those in charge right up to the manager.

I bought my first car on my own- Noemi was amazing- she helped me get the payments I wanted, I drove away in my beautiful Sportage 2024 today! Danyal was great and not pushy at all when it came to purchasing any extras and I appreciated that. Thanks guys for making this experience memorable!

I got the first family vehicle here at this Kia and it's the Carnival EX which seems to be very hard to get. I wanted this van for a few reasons that I won't mention but what happened was I went to a few local dealers 6hr drive away and everyone was saying to order this I'd have to wait a year or longer but I came across a post of Facebook that Faru (Sales) had and I asked him about getting a van like this and he promised that he could get one in with in 4 months. I didn't want to believe it since other dealers were telling me a year waiting list but after ordering this van it only took a week or so and then I was told it was ordered already and it took 2 months to come in. I'm amazed at the service from this dealer.

Have to say that Farrukh Azad as a salesperson is very professional, super friendly, and someone you can trust to help you find the Kia that’s right for you. I never felt pressured yet was fully informed of my options for a vehicle. Even though I wasn’t ready to buy I know that if I decide on a Kia, probably one of their up and coming EVs, Farrukh will be the guy who gets my business. Orleans Kia is lucky to have him.

We finally made a switch to a GV - thanks to Farrukh’s great service! He was very helpful, genuine, and most importantly, he listens. Would highly recommend if you ever stop by at Kia Orleans. As well, special mention to Mahdi. We made a deal with him a few months ago and you’ll know why once you get to talk to him ;)
